Do you like to play around with words? My sisters and I do! Listen to Kirstin and I talk about this in episode 25 of the podcast.
“Juneau if Kirstin can tell a joke?”
“I’m not sure, Alaska.”
Translation: Do you know if Kirstin can tell a joke? I’m not sure, I’ll ask her.
This is just one example of the kind of geographic word play that we talk about on podcast episode 25. I found a few more examples on this website but I’m not sure that I’d repeat all of them.
If you’d like more specific directions about how to play the game “Bowls” drop me a line. Or join the community on Patreon. I’ll be posting some “extras” there that won’t appear on Facebook or Instagram.
As always, I’d love to hear from you. Do you have questions or suggestions for the podcast? Do you have a favorite example of wordplay or a favorite game played with words? Do you prefer to play with electronic games or the good old-fashioned way? Let me know.
